There are no refunds/returns, exchanges, or cancellations on digital items.
Digital downloads are unlike physical purchases, once the digital file(s) is downloaded, it cannot be returned or deactivated, which negates the ability to properly issue a refund.
Although refunds are not accepted, full support is ALWAYS available before & after purchase.
